Reiter Room

Room capacity – 250 people

$400 for maximum 6 hour use*

$750 for wedding reception, which includes decorating on the day prior to the event (decorating 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday use noon until 11 p.m.).*

Conference or Lions’ Room

Room capacity – 25 people
$200 for maximum 6 hour use

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required for each rental at the time of booking. Deposit will be returned if there is no damage.

Funeral Lunches

$200 for maximum 6 hour use for funeral lunches or dinners held in the Reiter Room.
No security deposit is required.

Non-Profit Organizations

Security deposit is required. Please contact Kelly at (715) 546-2552 for information.


White linen tablecloths are available for rental at $8/table. Linen napkins, in a limited selection of colors, are available for rental at $40/100.*


$50 charge for each hour over the stated time.

There is a beer dispenser cleaning fee of $30.*

There is no charge for the use of microphones, but if damaged, repair costs will be deducted from the renter’s security deposit.
